| Cancellations made prior to one week of the first day of the meeting will be accepted and issued a full refund. |
| Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the first day of the meeting will be issued a 50% refund. |
| Cancellations made three (3) days or less prior to the first day of the meeting will not be issued a refund. |
| Credit for meeting registration will not be issued or carried forward due to cancellation. |
