The Central Region is conducting a wine education dinner on Sunday, March 21^st at Oak Hills Country Club.  The purpose of this event is to educate your senior level staff and allow them to experience serving techniques necessary to conduct a first-class wine dinner.  We encourage you to invite your Chef, Maitre D', etc;  basically anyone who will benefit from this training is welcome to attend!
