| The Gaanzies School |

Gaanzies (Little Geese) is the name of a school
established by Retief Goosen. Located on the
wine farm, the school is completely funded by
Retief with no tuition or government subsidy. The
valley has no public or private schooling and
most residents have no electricity or water
sanitation. Gaanzies accepts children from the
ages of 6 months to 6 years. Monday through
Friday, children receive two nutritional meals and
basic medical and health services as necessary.
A portion of proceeds generated from this
program will help fund efforts and needs at
Gaanzies School.
