Houston, Texas - January 21, 2016 - Ben E. Keith, has renewed its partnership as a Platinum sponsor of the Texas Lone Star Chapter (TLSC) of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA).  This marks the eleventh consecutive year the two organizations have partnered to bring quality professional development to members of the TLSC.
What began as a local produce house in Fort Worth, Texas in 1906 has grown into the eighth largest broadline foodservice distributor in the nation. Ben E. Keith believed that "Pioneering is eternal", and continually forged ahead with new ideas for delivering fresher high quality products at a reasonable price. In the 1980's, Ben E. Keith Foods moved to broadline foodservice distribution, and has continued the pioneering spirit of Mr. Keith by becoming a recognized leader and innovator in the foodservice industry.

The Texas Lone Star Chapter was established in 1948 and has since been a leader in the advancement of opportunities for private club managers.  The TLSC has more than 275 members who manage over 150 private clubs throughout the state of Texas.  The purpose of the TLSC is to provide education and professional development to persons connected with the management of clubs and other associations of similar character, to promote and encourage efficient and successful club management and to advance friendly relations among its members.  For more information on the TLSC, visit
